01

How the studio works

Async-first

Work reaches you as written docs, recorded walkthroughs, and working files you can open anytime. You review when it suits you, and the project keeps moving between check-ins.

Calls when they help

Live calls run in set windows on Wednesdays and Fridays, and several offers need none at all. The rest of the time goes to focused design instead of status meetings.

Your project, my full attention

I take on one or two projects at a time. You work directly with a senior designer from first sketch to final handoff, never a queue or a junior standing in.

02

Written rationale and recorded walkthroughs replace status meetings. Your calendar stays yours.

Built to last

Every engagement ships with the tokens, docs, and pipelines your team needs to maintain it.

05

Who you're working with

I've spent 14 years designing products and the systems underneath them: founding designer at an AI training platform, and product design lead on a 0→1 predictive analytics tool at Tableau. Since then I've specialized in design systems, token architecture in DTCG and Style Dictionary, and accessible color.

You work with me directly on every engagement. No juniors, no outsourcing, no handoffs between people you've never met.

Good questions to ask

How do meetings work?

Live calls happen in set windows on Wednesdays and Fridays, and several offers need none at all. Everything else moves async.

What if my project doesn't fit an offer?

Send an intake anyway. Scoping is free, and if it isn't a fit I'll tell you honestly rather than stretch one to fit.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to the relevant tools, your brand assets, and one decision-maker who can respond within a day.

How do revisions work?

Each engagement includes one structured round of revisions, with its scope written into your agreement so there are no surprises.

Who actually does the work?

I do, on every project. One senior designer, no juniors and no outsourcing.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. White-label and overflow engagements run in these same shapes, and your client relationship stays yours. Just mention it in the intake.
